There are are 9 girls in that band, compared to 8 boys. Next year, there will be 10 girls and 11 boys. I am well known for my stance on gender equality in the classroom. I should write an article. "Chicks can swing too, dammit!" I bet SBO magazine would be all over it.
Boo! It was Sally. Jill actually didn't know the name of that song a few weeks ago when we heard it on the radio. My fault for not saying who I was though. Just remember I'm the smarter one. Hehe.
That is awesome that you have so many girls. I always feel awkward in jazz bands, but even more so than that I'm recording w/ my friends rock band next week. They want an accordion for a song. Ha! I'm working on it. It should be interesting!
I miss those days a lot! I miss you guys too! I'm so happy to see John where teachers are appreciated! Bayless just isn't the same without you :( - By the way you want some chickens? Sue

Green Onions
I played that in jazz band in high school before Mooney came to Bayless.
There's a lot of girls in that jazz band.

This must be a comment from either Sally or Jill. I'm thinking Jill.
BTW, everyone knows girls are better musicians than boys. ;)
