Splitting Hairs

One of my smaller resolutions is to eat 5 fruits and/or vegetables every day. It's harder than it sounds. So, I am wondering...do you think apple butter on my english muffin in the morning counts? Do you think the tomato sauce on pizza counts? Do you think the squeezed lemon in my water or tea counts?

    Of course they all count!

I finally had a chance today to catch up on your blog. Happy belated birthday to John and all the success in the world to you in achieving your resolutions/hopes for 2007! The nice thing is that one of the activities you can do to burn calories to accomplish goal #1 might just cause goal #2! :)ahem

I'D SAY THE APPLE BUTTER DEFINITELY COUNTS, TOMATO SAUCE, PROBABLY, AND THE LEMON - WELL, YOU'D PROBABLY HAVE TO SQUEEZE THE WHOLE THING INTO YOUR WATER FOR IT TO COUNT.

If Reagan can consider ketchup a veggie...you can have the apple butter!
