Rambled on for 18 pages...

I'm just going to go ahead a say it, the blog is on the back burner. I know you don't want to hear any more about the total lack of free time, but it takes free time to keep a blog, and there is no free time to be found around here. The "working from home, staying home" thing isn't quite going like I envisioned. I spend mostof my free time (a.k.a. their nap time) doing work, and the rest of the time feeling guilty about not doing more work. Plus, facebook is oh so fun and easy and interactive. I'm not breaking up with the blog for facebook, but maybe we're just "on a break."

Poor Charlotte. Her mean mommy and mischievous Paw Paw put this huge red wig on her early one morning. Maybe if she hadn't woken up so early, we wouldn't have tried to find ways to entertain ourselves. Took this picture with my phone, and I use it as my background. It makes me smile. If You Are Wondering How My Family Entertains Ourselves

this is it. We give my brother in law, Jerry, large amounts of alcohol and let the fun begin. This picture was taken at his surprise 50th birthday party, and this pair of underwear was on his friend before Jerry decided to put it on his head. (shh..don't tell this homophobe that's kind of gay.) This weekend they are going to Mardi Gras, and I have a feeling this picture is going to seem pretty tame after that trip. Happy Birthday, "Crazy Uncle Jerry." Thanks for keeping it real and helping us all lighten up.
